Meet Our Instructor

Ustadh Hamza ibn Mohamed, originally from Northern Virginia, has dedicated many years to teaching Arabic and Islamic studies. He has studied under some of the most esteemed scholars in the Islamic world, including Shaykh Dr. Mohamed Hasan Uthman, a globally recognized scholar of the Arabic language with over 45 years of teaching experience and who he’s attained several ijazats from. Ustadh Hamza has also learned from Shaykh Saami Al-Mecci, a former teacher at Al-Masjid Al-Haram in Mecca, and Shaykhah Raw’ah Darwish Ad-Dimashqiyah, a scholar with deep expertise in Arabic, Hadith, and Quranic recitations. Ustadh Hamza is also currently pursuing his bachelors in Shariah at Mishkah University.

Ustadh Hamza has developed a strong foundation in various Islamic sciences and the Arabic language. He is passionate about passing on the knowledge he has gained from his renowned teachers and is committed to helping his students achieve excellence within their studies on personal levels.
